Exclcirc Biomed Summer Camp Concludes Successfully, Planting Seeds for the Future of Biomedicine
Time:2025-08-14

From August 5 to 14, 2025, during the prime summer vacation period, the "Youth Experimental Training Summer Camp" public welfare activity, carefully planned by Exclcirc (Suzhou) Biomedical Co., Ltd., was successfully held and concluded perfectly. As the company's first biomedical science popularization and practical activity for teenagers, this summer camp not only brought professional and interesting scientific research introduction to the children, but also narrowed the distance between families and the biomedical field through parent-child interaction sessions, winning high recognition from the participating families. In the future, the company plans to regularize such science popularization activities, launching them every winter and summer vacation, to continuously build a platform for teenagers to explore life sciences.

With the theme of "Exploring Biomedical Science, Lighting Up Scientific Dreams", this summer camp, relying on Exclcirc Biomed's technical accumulation and experimental resources in the biomedical field, designed a curriculum system that combines professionalism and fun for the participating teenagers. The curriculum focused on core experimental technologies in biomedicine, covering purification technology, circularization reaction, cell transfection, etc. It adopted a dual-track teaching model of "theoretical explanation + practical exercise", allowing children to experience the charm of scientific research in an immersive way.

At the opening ceremony, Dr. Dai Dongsheng, Founder and CEO, gave a vivid opening report that was both popular science-oriented and professional. In the theoretical classes, members of the company's scientific research team used easy-to-understand language and combined with vivid cases to explain the basic principles of biomedicine to the children — from "how to extract bioactive substances" to "how cells transmit life signals", and from "the role of animal experiments in drug research and development" to "how biomedical technology protects human health". The progressive knowledge explanation not only eliminated the children's sense of unfamiliarity with "biomedicine", but also stimulated their curiosity about life sciences. Meanwhile, Thumb Tai Han, the classleader, started the class by explaining the experimental process in full English, greatly raising the standard of the course. During the course, each student took turns to give explanations. At the end of the course, teachers and students made summaries one by one, either in English or Chinese, successfully achieving comprehensive progress in both theory and practice.

The practical operation session was the highlight of this summer camp. In Exclcirc Biomed's laboratories that meet national standards, under the full guidance of professional researchers, the children put on lab coats, gloves and masks, and personally participated in experimental operations: In the purification experiment, they learned to use professional instruments to separate target substances and observe the separation process of different substances; In the cell transfection experiment, they carefully completed cell culture and transfection operations, and intuitively felt the life changes at the cellular level. Before each experimental operation, researchers repeatedly emphasized safety regulations and key operation points to ensure that the children completed their exploration in a safe environment and cultivated a rigorous scientific attitude.

In addition to professional experimental training, this summer camp also specially planned company and parent-child team-building activities. On August 9, all participating students and their parents were organized to go to Suzhou Wangshan Scenic Area for interactive experiences. While relaxing in the green mountains and clear waters, the bonds between company employees and students, as well as between parents and children, were further strengthened. Many parents said that such team-building activities not only allowed their children to relax after the intense experimental learning, but also made the parents feel Exclcirc Biomed's dedication to cultivating teenagers' scientific literacy.

At the closing ceremony of the summer camp, the training teachers awarded "graduation certificates" to the students and reviewed the wonderful moments of this activity. Dr. Dai Dongsheng, CEO of Exclcirc Biomed, said: "The development of the biomedical industry is inseparable from the participation and passion of the younger generation. We hope that through activities like the summer camp, we can open a door for teenagers to understand biomedicine and plant the seeds of scientific exploration. In the future, the company will promote the youth science popularization activities during winter and summer vacations as a long-term project, continuously optimize the curriculum content, invite more industry experts to participate in teaching, and give more children the opportunity to get close to scientific research, fall in love with scientific research, and cultivate future talent for the future of China's biomedical industry."

The successful holding of this Youth Experimental Training Summer Camp is not only an important practice for the company to fulfill its social responsibility and promote science popularization education, but also provides a useful reference for the science popularization work of Suzhou's biomedical industry. With the regularization of such activities, it is believed that more teenagers will enter the world of biomedicine, injecting a steady stream of youthful vitality into the development of the industry.
